Responsibilities:
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by conducting full-cycle generalist duties from recruiting, workforce planning, gathering metrics, overseeing health and safety, and assessing employee relations and applying the appropriate human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications:
Able to maintain a neat and organized work area and well-presented professional appearance adhering to the company
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work well under pressure with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
Exude confidence and a cheerful disposition.
Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills as determined by internal testing.
Capable of working as part of a team or as an individual.
Critical thinker, capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, reliable and accountable for all assignments.
Experience juggling conflicting priorities and clients demands but successfully delivering on requested mandate.
Strong experience working with WCB-SK and managing claims effectively.
(5-7) years' experience in a human resources generalist role and/or Bachelor's degree or post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management or a combination of both.
CHRP designation or working towards designation.
