Main duty will be sausage making.
Other duties may include:
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
- Meat cutting, trimming and boning
- Heavy lifting may be required
- Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to
Experience is an asset but we are willing to train
