Description

McNab regional Park is looking for a leader to manage the overall department of the clubhouse manager for the 2017 season.  The food and beverage manager will provide day to day service and events for members, guests and public high quality service, hospitality and expertise in all facets of their experience.

Duties Include but not limited to:
-Responsible for ordering and maintaining food and beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol)
-Maintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of food and beverage equipment and facilities
-Ensure successful day to day operations of kitchen, clubhouse and campground
-Assist in planning procedures for special club events and banquets
-Train, schedule and mentor personnel, ensure labor costs are maintained
-Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to
-Experience dealing with alcohol services
-Work with other personnel to plan, market and maintain accurate inventory
-Ensure all transactions are recorded
-Physical abilities to carry out duties which may include lifting
-Flexible schedule for hours of operation which includes weekends

Skills and Abilities:
-Food safe certificate
-Problem solving
-Working with others to promote a team effort by maintaining a positive and professional approach
-Ability to ensure all services to guests are conducted in a respectful manner
-Ensure a safe working environment
-Ability to bring forth any problems arising with staff or customers, to proper personnel
