LUK Plumbing Heating & Electric Ltd. is an established and expanding plumbing, HVAC and electrical contractor. We are currently seeking to fill a full time Maternity leave Office Administrator position at our
Kindersley Branch.
Responsibilities include data entry,typing, filing, answering phone,A/R & A/P, customer service, inventory processing, scheduling and general office duties. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Kindersley Branch Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office and email communications
- Dependable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Office Administration Certificate or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC and electrical industry an asset
