Glen Peterson Construction ltd is now accepting applications for Batch Plant Operators with 3+ years experience and experience in the concrete, cement or construction industries.  Offing Competitive wages (Negotiable depending on experience) . Position is located in Estevan, Saskatchewan

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Primarily responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of a Redi-mix concrete batch plant
    Responsible for dispatching trucks
    Responsible for maintenance  and upkeep of plant and trucks
    Responsible for maintaining and enforcing safety program
    Maintain level of excellence in quality and customer service
QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
    Experience and knowledge of batch panels and operating systems for ready-mix plants.
    Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with customers
    Good aptitude for logistics, planning and scheduling
    Ability to work in high pressure situations under tight deadlines
    Reliable and works well with others
    Class 3A Driver License  an Asset
