We are growing, & looking for an Executive Assistant in Swift Current.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the Group President.  
You will:
-Manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of the GPs office
-Coordinate & prioritize communications
-Prepare & edit a variety of correspondence, documents & materials
-Participate in the arrangement of meetings, events & travel itineraries
-Maintain organized paper & electronic document filing systems
-Liaise with all levels of management & staff
-Perform related work as required

Candidates must be confident & knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft 365 & other computer technology. As the ideal candidate, you have a high propensity for details, are an excellent communicator, & have effective decision making & engaging interpersonal skills.  This role requires extreme confidentiality, a high degree of discretion, & the willingness to work flexible hours.  

Post secondary education in Administration or a related field is an asset; an equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered. 5+ years of related experience is preferred. Some travel may be required; a valid Class 5 drivers licence is mandatory.
