National Franchise Property Restoration Company is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. Due to our recent expansion and new facility we can now accommodate the growth of our team.
WINMAR provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, responsible, trustworthy individual to perform the duties of Project Manager. This position is full time and will require responding to emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a rotation schedule.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Able to interact, and effectively communicate (written and oral).
Proficiency in the use of common computer software packages (i.e.: MS Office).
Proficient in Xactimate.
Knowledge of building construction, materials and methods and codes
Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project manager or General Manager in the Restoration industry is essential. Any Certification with the IICRC is an asset, but not required.
