Description

Dynamic, fast-paced printing company is currently seeking an experienced General Manager. We are a fast paced, customer focused, flexible company looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.

The General Manager leads and directs staff management in sales, customer service, administration, design, printing, bindery, production and human resources. The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the shop employees and process. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with customers coordinating their print needs and will be the liaison between the customers and the shop in order to provide appropriate and timely resolutions.

    
    Managing the coordination and execution of services and maximizing team productivity.
    Developing, reviewing, updating and implementing the business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.
    Managing and ensuring the execution of process.
    Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment, while following all company protocols for safety.
    Managing the day to day operations of the shop.
    Demonstrating leadership ability.
    Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions.
    Engaging and appropriately working as part of a team.
    Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
