Noramtec Consultants Inc. is currently recruiting for an Agricultural PARTS PERSON / TECHNICIAN for a client located in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide exceptional Customer Service both in-person as well as in-coming telephone calls
Out-calling as required during sales campaigns & events
Keeping current on product knowledge, as well as Manufacturers terms, discounts, warranties, & special programs
Upkeep of inventory control system including current pricing, special orders, etc.
Preparation of annual Parts Return to Manufacturer
Requirements:
Journeyperson Parts Technician Ticket is preferred (may consider strong candidate without ticket if he / she has solid experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry)
Experience with New Holland Agriculture equipment is preferred; may also consider experience with Heavy Construction equipment (New Holland)
Experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role preferably in Parts
Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of industry terminology
Strong Customer Service focus
