Description

The R.M. of Prairiedale No. 321 is accepting applications for a contract Pest Control Officer/Weed Inspector. The successful applicant must be ambitious, work well with the public and possess a strong and consistent work ethic.  The applicant will be responsible for all of the pest and weed control in the municipality.  The officer would be required to work independently to monitor for pests, inspect and maintain bait stations and monitor for prohibited and noxious weeds.  The Pest Control Officer will be responsible for keeping and submitting regular monthly reports.  

The successful applicant must have or be willing to obtain a license for both Pesticide Applicator and Rat Control.

A valid driver's license is required and the successful applicant must provide their own vehicle.
