Summer Student JobThe Emma Lake Golf Course is looking for a Lounge/Beverage cart attendant for the 2017 Golf Season. This position will consist of both duties. Must be 19 years of age. We are looking for someone friendly and polite who is able to work alternating shifts with co-workers. (example: 9 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - close. Shifts will vary throughout the summer). We are looking for someone who can commit to working tournaments, as well as long weekends as these are our busiest times. We need someone reliable and dependable.
Duties Include:
- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Setting up the motorized beer cart for the purpose of serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and food item, during busy times.
- Preparing "pub-style" meals that are on the menu. (ex. Chicken fingers, ribs, fries, etc) using the deep fryer. There may be times when you are asked to help in preparing larger meals (ex. Tournaments, Men's Night, Ladies Night, Couples Night).
- Maintaining a clean work space that meets health department guidelines.
- Willing to complete the SIRS online course within 30 days of employment.
- Possess a valid drivers license.
- Handle and count cash.
- MUST be reliable and able to commit for the season, this is of up most importance.
- No experience necessary but must be willing to learn, as there may be additional duties added as needed at times.

- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
