We are seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to provide corporate-commercial advice and litigation expertise to SaskTel and its subsidiaries to assist in meeting their business and service goals.

SaskTel is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Corporate Counsel to join our legal team at our head office in Regina, SK. Our legal team prides itself on using our legal skills and business acumen to find solutions to business problems while providing legal direction and advice to the SaskTel Management team.


The ideal candidate has prior experience with litigation and labour law, takes pride in their work and wants to make a difference- just like us.


As a strategic member of the Corporate Counsel team you will be the go-to person for all labour and human resources advice and will handle litigation and labour arbitrations on behalf of SaskTel and its subsidiaries. You will be expected, and have the opportunity to: run your own litigation and arbitrations, negotiate, review, and approve contracts, create practices and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and legal influences, and communicate and negotiate with SaskTels business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- LL.B. or equivalent University Degree and eligible to practice law in Saskatchewan.
- At least 5 years of experience in litigation, labour law and labour arbitrations. Experience in corporate and commercial matters an asset.
