DUTIES
*Take customers' orders and receive payment
*Prepare food such as sandwiches, salads and drinks
*Portion and wrap food and place on plates for service to customers
*Package food for take out
*Trim, peel, slice and clean vegetables/foodstuff
Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas.
*Wash and clean food display areas, work tables, cupboards and appliances.
