Michel Farms is a family grain farm in search of a seasonal farm operator/labourer to work full time from May through the end of October. Duties will include operating and maintaining farm equipment, hauling grain (class 1A), and other general farm duties. We run late model machinery and offer competitive wages based on skills and experience. Any farm or machinery experience is an asset, but not required. Applicants must be able to work long hours including weekends during peak seasons. Must possess and maintain at least a Class 5 drivers license, Class 1A is an asset. Our objective is for the successful applicant to be trained to operate our air drill, sprayer, combines, swathers, and tractors, and to obtain a Class 1A license to operate semi-truck and trailers.
