Description

Land Administrator
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of land administration related transactions in accordance with provincial laws, regulations, and established company procedures in the Land Department.  The primary area of responsibilities for this position will include, but not limited to, the following:

Responding to 3rd Party, landowner and internal inquiries for a designated field operations area;
Preparing and processing third party requests for crossings and temporary agreements;
Data entry and file maintenance for various land documents;
Prepare new surface files and input in the CS Explorer land system;
Scan documents into  System;
Preparing subdivision documents;
Maintenance of Surface/Easement files;
General administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications

Completion of Petroleum Land Administration Certificate and/or technical diploma in an appropriate related discipline;
Minimum of 8-10 years of surface land administration experience;
Working knowledge and understanding of AER and NEB regulations;
Strong analytical and decision making skills with excellent attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, team and organizational skills;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CS Explorer, SPIN, ETS, ICS;
Knowledge of ABADATA and ACCUMAP is an asset;
Familiar with surface rights (freehold/crown) in Alberta and Saskatchewan
Capable for working in a strong team environment to share dedication and quality of service.
