Clear understanding of all Policies and Procedures and ensuring staff are abiding by them
Responsible for having a clear understanding of all the administrative aspects of the centre, depending on skills and abilities you will be assigned administrative duties assigned by the Director such as preparing documents for board meetings, bank deposits. Close communication with parents regarding their subsidy information ensuring it is accurate and up to date
Ability to work under pressure and ability to juggle several tasks and situations simultaneously
Responsible for staff supervision
Responsible to report to the Childcare Director
Requirements:
- E.C.E. Training, level three
- CPR, first Aid
- Criminal record check
- Child Abuse Welfare Check
