Immediate openings for 2 structural welders, Flux-cored, with the right work ethic and attitude.
Required Qualifications:
CWB certified all positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead
Journeyperson preferred with 2 years experience after trade status
Minimum 5 years general welding experience with Grade 12 or equivalent
Safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, Confined Space
Legally able to work in Canada immediately
Pass all required employment screenings: drug tests, criminal background check and pre-employment welding test
Strong Assets
Able to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Knowledge of welding robots and CNC machines
Skills
Ability to read and translate P&ID, ISO and GA drawings
Produce high quality work with accuracy and speed to meet specifications and standards
Knowledge of compliance legislation and procedures
Attitude
High degree of safety awareness
Self-motivated, results and task oriented
Strives for quality, detailed, time-management and accountability
Works as part of a team and open to feedback on work
