Description

Duties:
-  responsible for cheque writing for clients/bank reconciliations/trustee accounting reports/trust fee billing.prepare accounts payable/process cash receipts/prepare deposits/issues receipts as required for charitable giving. Coordinates payroll and much more

Requirements:
-  good working knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
-  strong computer skills
-  experience in the social field
-  ability to work with hard to handle clients
-  good communication skills
-  preferred Human Behavior or Social Work Degree
-  1 year but less than 3 years of prior related experience, including, experience working with multi-barriered persons.
Position: fulltime - 40 hrs per wk. .
HOURS of Work: Mon. -Fri. 8:00 - 4:30
