Description

South 20 RV Centre; a FFUN Group dealership is now accepting applications for a Parts Advisor.  The Parts Advisor positon is a sales and customer service function. The Parts Advisor must be able to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations.

- Willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- Well organized and detail orientated
- Has the ability to answer retail parts inquiries being one of the main focuses (by phone and in person)

Qualifications Required:
- Prior knowledge of parts department
- Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with time sensitive deadlines and priorities
- Computer literacy
- Experience in RV retail - preferred
- Parts Technician Certificate - preferred
