Are you organized, have a strong attention to detail and able to work independently? If so, Summerhill may have the opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking an program coordinator for a short term (3 month contract) to assist in the coordination of our Spring Energy Efficiency Events for the Spring Lighting Discount Program! An ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, demonstrate the ability to multitask, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: 3 month contract (ASAP to May 19th)
Hours: Up to 30 hours/week
Schedule: Weekdays  some evening and weekend work may be required. Some travel outside of Regina may be required.

Job Responsibilities include:
Coordinate education events with retail partners
Coordinate up to 30 contract employees for education events throughout April
Prepare iPads for education events
Coordinate delivery of marketing materials to retail partners
Coordinate t-shirts and rep materials for education events
Utilize Excel to track education events and program tracking
Oversee compliance checks of retail partners
Other duties as required

Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented, punctual, conscientious, reliable and able to work independently
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, primarily Excel
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast pace environment
Have a genuine interest in energy efficiency and/or environmental issues
