THE POSITION: InnContact Centre Relationship Manager will service personal loan portfolios corporate-wide and via multiple channels. This position will provide a challenging and rewarding career with opportunity to enhance your personal development and to be part of a progressive credit union. Areas of responsibility will include:
Provide personal lending services
Provide individualized financial consulting services (including insurance services) and information to members on services and investment products offered through the Credit Union
Ensure all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:
Minimum 1 year of formal education in related discipline, completion of Consumer Lending and/or Residential Mortgage courses or equivalent combination education and experience
At least 2 years' relationship banking experience with extensive knowledge in personal lending would be considered an asset
Mutual Fund License (CSI Investment Funds in Canada Course or IFSE Canadian Investment Funds Course) or willingness to work towards
Proven business development, sales and service skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to members and co-workers
