Description

If you want a career that helps build better families and fosters healthier homes, we are currently looking for a Family Reunification Therapist to work in our Family Treatment Program. The Family Reunification Therapist reviews the waitlist and begins the linkage of families to Ranch Ehrlo Society. You will provide collaborative/training/ support to residential and clinical teams and provide educational services to families with reunification needs. You may lead psycho-educational groups, set up community networks, and develop resources for therapists in the delivery of family reunification services. The Family Reunification Therapist contributes significantly to creating a positive therapeutic environment for families.
We invite you to apply for the Family

Reunification Therapist position if you have at least two years of in-home family work experience and the following:
-Bachelor of Social Work degree (master preferred).  May consider bachelors degree in a related area from a recognized post-secondary institution combined with relevant experience
-Ability to provide a range of clinical, concrete, and advocacy services to family members that are consistent with the HOMEBUILDERS model
-Exceptional individual, family, and group counselling skills
-Versed in the field of mental health and interested to work with individuals with differing cognitive abilities
- Strong organizational, verbal, written, consultative, and training skills
- Must be registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers or be able to obtain registration with respective professional association
