We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented individual with strong team and customer service skills to join the Lloydminster & District Co-operative Propane Department. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 16 months beginning March 2017.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide Administrative and Accounting Support to the Propane Department
* Data entry
* Answering phones and addressing customer queries/requests
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports (inventory and sales reports)
* Prepare invoices
* picking up and sorting mail
* housekeeping
* Assisting with other duties as assigned
