SITE Resource Group Inc. is a leading remote access, environmental and infrastructure services provider focused on the mining, unconventional oil and gas and potash Regions of Western Canada. Our company operates out of several locations throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba and North Dakota to service the needs of our clients.

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent local to the area of Estevan, SK.

Summary of essential responsibilities:

- Lead the crew and act as the employer's representative on the job
- Able to recruit key personnel
- Follow project plans and schedules plan and co-ordinate activities with other crews on the job site
- Supervise the crew's daily and weekly activities
- Ensure a safe workplace and that crew members observe safety procedures
- Ensure the crew's work meets industry standards for quality and crew productivity
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the employer

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- 10+ years trades experience
- Journeyman Steamfitter-Pipefitter trade certification required
- Must be able to obtain key crew hands
- Independence and ability to deal with adversity
- Superior organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid safety tickets required: CSTS, H2S Alive, First Aid, WHIMIS, and Ground Disturbance Level 2
