Inspired Skin Care & Spa is expanding their business investments and have created a new full time position for a young dynamic manager to assume the role of Manager, Customer & Personal Services for the current location. Job Title: Spa Manager NOC 0651
Job Description & Responsibilities
Plan, organize and direct marketing efforts through weekly/monthly promotion campaigns distributed in company's website and social media sites. aimed at attracting and increasing client base.
Maintain and held accountable to meet sales targets volumes based on predefined budget objectives.
Source, select and manage product sales, establish pricing based on comparable services among competitive services in and around a predetermined geographic area.
Staff recruitment and selection, coaching and evaluate staffs performance.
Effectively deal with client complaints and resolutions.
Responsible for record keeping such as daily revenue of booked services and merchandise sales, inventory replenishment and procurement
Manage cash and credit card bank deposits. Prepare weekly reports on store operations to store owner.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements
A pleasant demeanor in welcoming and accommodating clients and employees.
Previous experience of supervising at least 3 staffs are required.
A college diploma in business management and entrepreneurship or related certificate, we welcome applicants who possessing higher education and can speak multiple languages.
At least three years of experience as a supervisor manager role.
We offers a starting salary of $21.00 per hour.
