Adecco is currently recruiting Accounting Clerks to work on various casual and temporary contracts in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

We are looking for individuals to represent Adecco in various office environments. Candidates must be adaptable, dependable, and show initiative. To qualify for our accounting roles, you must have previous experience with data entry, excellent computer skills and a background in an accounts payable/receivable role and payroll. Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing accounts
- Analyzing documents to be processed
- Account reconciliation
- Posting entries to general ledger
- Creating and modifying spreadsheets

Qualifications include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with account payable/receiviable and payroll
- Data entry experience, with strong attention to detail and speed
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Certificate, diploma, or degree relating to Accounting
- Positive attitude, flexible, and willingness to learn
- Any experience with QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, or SAP would be an asset
