Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Facility Sales and Administrative position at our Whitestar Ag office. We are looking for applicants who are excited to provide Legendary Service to all of our guests and members in a GREAT community!
Primary Job Functions
Provide prompt, personalized Legendary Service to all of our members and guests. Ensure claims, invoices and all other paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Handle the daily processing of Point of Sale transactions, delivery slips and inventory movements. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming area. Thank all guests for visiting the office and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their experience.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Ability to operate electronic cash register and other equipment
-Strong cash management skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Solid experience in providing excellent customer service
-Experience with Microsoft Office programs
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
Desired Skills/Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
Reporting:
Reports to the Whitestar Ag Manager.
