At Bridges Health , we help connect individuals to their workplaces, whether through assisting employees with their health care needs while they remain at work, or by returning individuals to a workplace that is ready to bring them back.  Bridges Health works with private, government and non-profit corporations on a holistic approach to wellness, since 1997.

We are expanding our Saskatchewan operations and are hiring four Health Service Consulting positions.

This position is available based out of our Saskatoon Office but travel within the province is necessary for this position.

We are looking for individuals with experience in:

Human Resources
Counselling
Injury management
Disability management
Absentee management
Claims adjudication
Vocational rehabilitation
Psychology
and those who hold or are eligible to hold RRP or CCRC designations

Duties include case management for all of our sponsors in the public and private sector:
Healthcare navigation
Alternative treatment options
Managing sick leave and absences
Liaison with medical providers, unions, and employers
Return to work coordination
Short term and long term disability assistance
Physical Injury
Illness
Mental Health
Report writing, Office Suite familiarity and ability to build trust/relationships with Clients is a necessity. Strict timelines, policies and effective documentation are also required.
