Our Regina office is currently looking for a motivated professional to provide support for hazardous material abatement, mould and indoor air quality projects in the industrial, commercial and residential real estate industries. This is a 1 year, term position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Qualifications:  

-Occupational Health & Safety Certificate or Bachelor of Science in related field
-Entry level to two years? experience
-Familiarity with building systems: structure, envelope, HVAC etc.
-Sound knowledge of SK and federal regulations
-Strong computer skills (Word and Excel)
-Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
-Flexibility to work the occasional evening or weekend

Responsibilities:

-Conduct site assessments of mould/asbestos and PCB ? residential, commercial industrial settings (approx. 75% fieldwork)
-Liaise with clients, financial institutions and other potentially involved stakeholders, including regulatory body representatives
-Prepare technical reports
-Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
-Develop and maintain positive client relationships
