Successful candidate will exhibit positive, effective communication skills, be able to identify and support a child's individual learning and development strategies, demonstrate guiding techniques while encouraging a co-operative attitude, form and maintain meaningful and confidential partnerships with families and have a proven ability to work independently as well as within a team.  Must display a strong passion for the education of young children , demonstrate strong observational skills and understand the health, safety and nutritional needs of children.
