Description

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Systems and Technology, the Manager of Business Transformation is responsible for the delivery of business technology initiatives.  By leading a team of business analysis and project management professionals, you will have oversight for the day-to-day planning and execution of projects and service requests within the Technology Program to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and expertise with project portfolio management and related methodologies that will support your day-to-day coaching, advice and direction to project teams in order to ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budget, scope and quality.  Furthermore, you will have a proven record of liaising effectively between the business stakeholders and IT to deliver successful solutions.  

With your excellent leadership and facilitation skills, you will contribute your expertise in business and application architecture to support the business transformation, organizational change initiatives, and evolution of an IT architecture that supports SaskGamings strategic direction. In order to achieve this, you will be required to foster positive and active partnerships across the company.
