- Monitoring of medication; recommending doctor review, observing potential side effects
- Reviewing available medical files
- Liaising with health-related professionals
- Providing advice and counselling to the resident
- Assesses the resident and prepares individual care plans
- Assesses resident behaviors and reports any significant changes to supervisor
- Maintains medical records according to professional standards
- 20 hours per week (involves weekends)
Must have a Psychiatric Nursing Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred
