Duties, Responsibilities and Characteristics:
Must be able to perform all duties as required to fulfill real estate matters.
Must have law office experience
Must be able to perform accounting duties as required for conveyancing matters
Provide as required secretarial, receptionist and clerical support in the day to day operations of the office
Deal tactfully and empathetically with clients and staff
Conduct and present oneself in a manner appropriate to a law firm
Respectful of the privacy of all business matters
Work with confidential material that requires accuracy and attention to detail
Perform various computer and word processing requests as required
Operate all office equipment
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management skills
