Description

Pay: varies but in the range of $2,400-3,000 per month

Some Travel and Overnight trips are required
Overview: As an Arborist Trainee, the ultimate driver of success is the satisfaction of our customers. We are a customer driven company.
*Will work as a team, primarily on the ground
*Will put Safety first - Our Mission is Zero
*Will Operates dump and flatbed trucks, stump grinders, brush chippers, a variety of small power and hand tools
Loads, unloads and maneuvers a variety of equipment and materials such as leaves, limbs, trunk wood, and other debris and loads into chippers, containers or dump trucks for removal.
*Finally the successful Arborist Trainee will develop and maintain positive relationships

Goals:
1. To further your knowledge level on a daily basis.
2. To work towards attaining industry certifications, knowledge, and skills such as ISA Certified Tree Worker, SIAST Arborist Course, ISA Certified Arborist, or ISA Master Arborist designations.
3. To progress from the student to the teacher.
4. To acquire various licenses, air-brake endorsement, 3A, and G endorsement.
5. To be involved and engaged in various in-house training sessions, in addition to the extra-curricular training sessions as they are offered.
