Description of Duties:
THIS POSITION IS 2 OVERNIGHTS A WEEK FROM 11PM TO 7AM,and fill in shifts when its busy.
Answer all incoming calls as per the Front Desk Standards and direct them appropriately and
efficiently.
Make and confirm room reservations.
Greet, register and assign rooms to arriving guests.
Verify customers credit and establish how the customer will pay for all charges occurred.
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers, using computerized
and manual systems.
Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services such as
accommodation,or any other incidentals.
Answer inquiries regarding guest services and registration of guests by letter, e-mail, telephone or
in person.
Continually use suggestive selling practices as defined by the Front Desk Standards and inform
guests of hotel amenities.
Respond to guest concerns and complaints quickly and efficiently and inform management of
concerns.
Stay current with developments in the hotel by reviewing and updating the communication log.
Perform any other job related duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager and General Manager.

Description of Duties:
Keep work area stocked, organized and clean at all times as defined by the task list and cleaning
schedules posted in the department.
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times, reporting any
deficiencies as necessary.
Maintain, accept and dispense cash floats and deposits for all departments in accordance with
hotel cash handling policy.
Issue master keys for all departments in accordance with hotel key handling policy.
Maintains filing system for all daily information.
Obtain appropriate approvals and signatures.
Position Requirements:
Shift and weekend work is required
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
