PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To collaborate with the Brand Manager and Marketing Strategist to create and implement communications plans for each Brandt division within the Brandt Group of Companies.
Liaises regularly with Division Managers to ensure their ongoing communication needs are well met.
Acts as the primary liaison between Division Managers and other members of BMC (Branding/Marketing/Communications).
Initiates and implements tactical activities flowing from approved Communication Plans.
Initiates and oversees Media Planning and timely execution of Media Plans for each business unit.
Liaises with and supports the Communications Project Manager to ensure that progressive stages are planned and approved with adequate time, budget and margin for successful completion.
Organizes and maintains necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all jobs.
Participates in marketing strategy planning.
Coordination of Print Advertising of all printed advertising deliverables; including negotiation of print ad space and placement of ads.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Business/Marketing/Communications degree or diploma from University or College
Minimum of 3 years of Ad Agency experience
