At Fastprint, we are looking for a person who can easily solve technical problems while being personable, passionate, and disciplined. You should apply for this if you are a talented and dedicated individual who wants to be responsible for driving the technical success of Fastprints customers as they purchase our products.
Who you are:
You are highly technical, but love working with people.
You have a diploma or commensurate experience (1 - 2 years) in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technology-based field
You have experience with HTML5, JavaScript, Visual Basic as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Crystal Reports and Wordpress are considered assets)
You can show examples of complex problem solving that involve research and technical investigation
When faced with a new problem, you ask insightful questions
You work well with others, but are also able to work independently
You actively manage the technical relationship between Fastprint and our customers
You prioritize your work to balance customer needs and Fastprints success
You collaborate with Fastprints sales, and marketing teams to achieve company goals
You have strong telephone and communication skills and are able to provide technical support to Fastprints clients
You may sometimes travel to customer sites (local) as needed
Salary will be based on education and experience
