The North Battleford  Housing  Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Our office provides affordable housing to low-income seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter within North Battleford and the neighboring communities.

The North Battleford Housing Authority is recruiting a Tenant Relations Officer based in North Battleford, SK. If you have proven problem solving abilities, work well in a team environment and have a desire to provide the very best customer service in the community, we have a position that may be of interest to you!!

What youll do:
coordinate move-ins and outs with the maintenance team
manage housing  applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees and collect rent
monitor, maintain contact and manage record keeping of current/former tenants
explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
investigate lease violations; assist and perform procedures for tenant hearings in conjunction with the Office of the Residential Tenancies

What were looking for:
exceptional customer relations skills, accurate data entry skills
ability to problem solve, manage conflict and stressful situations
ability to establish effective working relationships
accountability and ownership of the role with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

What youll need:
diploma in Business Administration with experience in property management or equivalent combination of education and experience
proven expertise using Microsoft Office products; a valid drivers license and a licensed roadworthy vehicle
