Description

The Crew Leader is responsible for all aspects of coordinating operations for assigned Crew Members, as well as, assessing, monitoring and enforcing performance standards and safe work practices. The position, as liaison between the Northern Hamlet of Weyakwin and the Weyakwin Forest Protection Base  , oversees general project work, establishing work priorities, developing strategies for effective work completion and delegating tasks and assignments to Crew Members.
