Location: 2941 8th St E, Saskatoon (8th & Arlington), SK, Canada

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards.

Assistant Manager behaviours include:
-Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
-Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
-Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
-Reading and understanding reports and responding appropriately to solve problems.

Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to):
-Ensure that Team Members and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
-Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
-Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
-In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards.
-Providing feedback to restaurant team members in a positive manner.
-Reading and understanding reports and responding appropriately to solve problems when necessary.
-Assist the RGM with facility maintenance, recruiting and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads to join your team.
-Ensure that health and safety standards are met and that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
-Complete administrative duties as necessary.
-Assist the RGM with inventory management and hold financial accountability.
