Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Wireless Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service. To be a successful member of this growing organization you must have a passion for cellular wireless technology and want to share that enthusiasm with your team. You're a creative, entrepreneurial, people oriented person who doesn't shy away from solving problems. You're a strong sales professional, coach and inspirational mentor. You have the desire to learn about all the latest smart phones, apps, and the "can't-live-without" accessories. Most importantly, you create a work environment that is poised to deliver extraordinary customer service through effective leadership.
Qualifications:
-A minimum two to three years of leadership experience in a retail sales environment focused on customer experience;
-Experience in leading a team to exceed business goals;
-Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence;
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time;
-Advanced proficiency in office software (MS Office, POS), previous experience with Epicor and Astra would be an asset;
- Attention to detail and follow through is critical to the role;
-Demonstrated desire to continually develop your knowledge, skills and abilities.
