Description

As part of the management team within SaskTel ICT Business Solutions Marketing, this position is accountable for ICT product management, take-to-market direction, Sales support, roadmap and portfolio management, service development, and partner and channel management. This role leads a team of professionals dedicated to translating the corporate vision into industry leading services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor Degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent) with 5 years experience or 8 years equivalent work experience.

2. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership in marketing and portfolio management.

3. Must display strong planning and analytical skills, customer focus, results orientation.

4. Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead, coach, inspire and motivate multiple direct reports.

5. Ability to lead cross functional teams in the integration of activities across the organization.

6. Possesses a high energy level and willingness to work irregular hours in an unpredictable, demanding work environment
Ability to integrate marketing, technical and operational considerations while managing projects of high strategic impact and working across divisional boundaries.

7. Demonstrated ability to manage change within a diverse and rapidly changing environment.

8. Demonstrated experience in creative thinking and innovation, influencing and relationship building.
