Description

Richelieu Hardware, is currently seeking a Full Time Internal Sales Representative for its industrial sales client base. Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to incoming calls from retailers and recommend related products

Contact clients to promote products and special offers
Prepare proposals

Handle orders made by phone, email, and fax

Ensure order follow-up

Participate in product training sessions

Perform filing

Carry out all other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma

Customer service experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Knowledge of the hardware industry is an asset

Enthusiastic self-starter

Able to understand large volumes of information quickly

Strong organizational skills

Adept multi-tasker
