This is it! An opportunity for a driven individual to join the DYNACREW and get on board with a great group of people that are determined to grow the company. It is a business career level position with lots of opportunity for growth. This isnt a spot for just anyone, you need to be ready to jump in and learn all facets of business. You will be working directly with the CEO investigating, planning, delivering, communicating and improving all facets of the company. You will be involved in planning, financials, marketing, sales strategies, human resources, operations and Information Technologies.
This will take:
Having had some formal business training whether diploma or degree
A good understanding of business accounting / financials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft office software abilities
A strong curiosity for technology to explore the ERP program and utilize the data it produces for business analysis
Organizational skills that make you a process improvement guru
Someone that is as willing to work on project initiatives as they are to build reports, prepare minutes/agendas, develop presentations and manage the CEOs schedules and emails.
Someone that likes to have fun, likes to meet new people and has an infectious positive attitude.
