We are currently looking for a talented and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong communication and computer skills in order to effectively communicate with all internal and external employees to ensure all operations and projects are running in an efficient manner.
As an Office Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of functions and completing various tasks in order to ensure projects are continuously running in a productive and successful manner. The Office Administrator must provide administrative support to all office personnel, as well as all site supervisors and foremen. In addition, the Office Administrator is also accountable for implementing all administrative systems, procedures and policies, while monitoring their overall effectiveness.
The successful candidate must possess the drive and ambition to challenge themselves in striving towards continual improvement and long-term success.
