Description

Permanent Full-time Administrative Services Supervisor (NOC: 1211); Salary of $30 per hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: word processing; record keeping and filing; operating telephones and switchboards; data entry; desktop publishing
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Requisition supplies and materials
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Maintain overall health, safety and security of office and staff
Oversee records management and provide guidance to the Records Coordinator to ensure compliance with Deloitte retention and destruction policies
Oversee the procurement of supplies, services and assets, including liaising with suppliers
Conduct performance management of the Business Operations team members, such as: ongoing talent management and active participation in the Performance Management program
Receive public supplies and distribution to all departments of the company
Attendance statistics department
Coordinate all departments to ensure the normal operation of the work

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Arts
About 10 years work experience in Administrative, Coordination or related
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
Advanced-level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
