Responsibilities and duties will include
:
Collect clients documents making sure it is complete and file it accordingly
Check and reply clients email on a daily basis
Handle phone calls and relay telephone calls and messages
Greet visitors and determine purpose of visit
Order office supplies when needed
Perform clerical duties
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking face to face and over phone
Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in MS Word and has fast keyboarding skills
Positive attitude, a good telephone voice and a desire to work as a team player
Previous office experience preferred but not necessary.
Filipino language is an asset but not mandatory.
Suitable applicant will be trustworthy and friendly with good communication skills.
