JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Agricultural based understanding of crop production practices.
- Working knowledge of general farming equipment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience operating farm equipment.
Reporting to the farm owner and Management, the successful candidates will be responsible for operating farm equipment in a responsible and safe manner.
Qualified candidates may also be utilized full time in the area of sales, agronomy consulting, GIS and drone operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equipment operation and maintenance.
- Perform in a team environment
- Be goal oriented
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Employment Term: Seasonal/Permanent
Salary: $19.00 - $25.00/Hr Based on Experience
