Canadian Tire South is looking for an office assistant to join their team.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
-Perform bookkeeping activities including accounts payable/ accounts receivable
-Prepare payroll
-Administer benefit packages
-Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail
-Ensure adequate supply of office stationary
-Comply with company and store policies
-Maintain filing system
-Some Human Resources work
-Other miscellaneous office work
Experience with Excel and Quickbooks an asset.
Must be available days, nights and weekends.
