Audio / Video Technical Specialist
We are currently looking for applicants that are available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, Daytime and Evening shifts.
The Audio/Video Specialist position provides technical sales assistance to our customers with Audio/Video equipment. The individual in this position will be up to date on new technology/products and should also have a good knowledge of computers and cameras.
This is a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Accordingly, you must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. You will also be responsible to perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain the professional sales image of the department.
You will have a good knowledge of Audio/Video products, combined with a commitment to staying current with changes in the relevant technology and innovations in the industry through independent research, training materials, and awareness of competitive activity.
